A schedule holds people's names, time off, and licensure. Keeping that private — and limiting who can change it — is built in, not an option you have to find.
Separate by organization
Each organization's schedule and staff records are kept entirely on their own. One unit can never see another's people, requests, or plans — there's nothing shared between them to cross.
Only the right people get in
Administrators build and adjust the schedule. Everyone else signs in to see just their own shift requests and assignments. The tools that reshape a unit's schedule are kept apart from the public site and available only to the people who run it.
Sign in with the account you already have
When your organization uses single sign-on, staff use the same login they already have for work — no separate password to remember or reset. Until then, a simple sign-in keeps the app private.
